Return Policy
You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
To start your return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the transaction.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning your original purchase for a refund. This ensures your new piece is reserved and ships to you as quickly as possible.
